We are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Consultant to join our team at Turner & Townsend Group. As a Senior Cost Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality services to our clients, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare comprehensive loan monitoring reports to ensure accurate and timely delivery of information to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct in-depth research on construction market conditions in Canada, analyzing official published data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Manage knowledge and ensure that key information and learning generated from each commission is captured and shared within the organization.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and participate in ISO audits to maintain our high standards of quality and excellence.
- Oversee the efficient management of commissions, ensuring that they are completed to the required quality standards and within the agreed timeframe.
- Ensure that service delivery on commissions is in line with the conditions of appointment and that clients receive the highest level of service.
- Provide input into the performance review process of consultants and graduate consultants, helping to develop and grow the skills and expertise of our team members.
- Participate in the selection and recruitment process, including interviews, to identify and attract top talent to our organization.
Requirements:
- Post-graduate experience in loan monitoring/lender services, with a strong understanding of the construction industry and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct in-depth research and analyze complex data.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
- Strong knowledge management skills, with the ability to capture and share knowledge within the organization.
- Ability to ensure compliance with quality standards and participate in ISO audits.
