Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to provide research, analytical, and operational process support for the FCRM Issues Management Procedures and related processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct data analysis and prepare issues management reports by consolidating key information from FCRM teams.
- Support the implementation of the FCRM Issues Management Procedures, ensuring adherence to enterprise requirements.
- Draft summaries, reports, and presentations for periodic updates suitable for senior management and internal/external partners.
- Assist in preparing quarterly, monthly, and ad-hoc reporting statistics, as well as trending analysis/theming.
- Monitor and review the Operational Risk Management (QA/QC) Issues process and scorecard to ensure FCRM teams meet Enterprise Issues Management Standards/guidelines.
- Participate in issues management program monitoring and attestation activities, and related processes.
- Collaborate with business and control partners within the organization.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and participate in regulatory initiatives, special projects, or other assigned activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in risk management, governance, compliance, AML, and issues management is considered an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing reports for senior management audiences with attention to detail.
- Advanced knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
The estimated salary for this position is $94,500 CAD per year, based on industry standards and market conditions.
