About the Role

  • As a Digital Transformation Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital channels. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience across all touchpoints, including website and mobile apps.">
  • You will champion the integration of new back-end systems to drive operational efficiency and improve data-driven decision-making. This includes leading projects to inspire creativity and value realization through the LCBO mandate.">
  • The successful candidate will also oversee programs to address risks and ensure seamless execution of digital channel initiatives.">
  • In addition, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement omni-channel fulfillment experiences that meet customer expectations.">
  • Our ideal candidate has 10 years of experience in a senior management role within the digital commerce or retail space, with expertise in digital eCommerce management, including fulfillment, logistics, customer service, and latest digital commerce trends.">
  • A comprehensive knowledge of retail operations, familiarity with the beverage alcohol industry, and associated product expertise are also essential.">
  • We are seeking a leader who can deliver complex programs, manage resources, timelines, risks, and dependencies to achieve high-quality results within budget.">
  • The selected individual will have a proven track record of driving growth and profitability through strategic leadership and operational excellence.">

About You

  • ">
  • A University Degree or Post-graduate education in Digital eCommerce, online merchandising, or promotions is required.">
  • The ideal candidate has experience explaining complex strategies to diverse audiences, leading negotiations, building consensus, and promoting an inclusive team culture that values diverse perspectives.">
  • Prior experience working in a similar role at the LCBO or a comparable organization is an asset.">
  • Proficiency in defining and using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to lead decision-making and improve performance is essential.">
  • Able to travel occasionally, if required.">
