Join Our Team as a Financial Planning and Analysis Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Advisor to join our team at PSP Investments. As a key member of our FP&A team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business partners and driving informed decision-making across the organization.

About the Role

The Financial Planning and Analysis Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Providing in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions
  • Developing and maintaining financial digital tools and processes
  • Performing analysis of monthly and quarterly results, identifying trends and variances
  • Creating financial analysis presentations to communicate key findings to stakeholders
  • Supporting senior management with investment-related information and departmental expenses
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Computer Science
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a large organization
  • Strong knowledge of IBM Planning Analytics solutions and financial modeling
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in English and French (or willingness to learn)
