Food Service Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our restaurant team at Meadow Sushi. The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish efficient work schedules and supervise staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain high-quality food and service standards.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef.
Work Environment: Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where teamwork and effective communication are essential. The successful candidate will be able to work in a team-oriented setting and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.
Requirements:
- Secondary school graduation certificate
