Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at GoGrill. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our team is well-prepared to provide excellent service to our customers.
- Train Staff in Job Duties, Sanitation, and Safety Procedures: Provide comprehensive training to our staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to provide exceptional service and maintain a safe working environment.
- Estimate Ingredient and Supplies Required for Meal Preparation: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to provide high-quality food to our customers.
- Ensure Food and Service Meet Quality Control Standards: Monitor and ensure that our food and service meet quality control standards, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
- Address Customers' Complaints or Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customers' complaints or concerns, ensuring that their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Maintain Records of Stock, Repairs, Sales, and Wastage: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees, providing them with the necessary support to integrate into our community.
- Support for Youths: Participate in government or community programs that support youth employment, providing them with the necessary training and support to succeed in their careers.
- Support for Indigenous People: Participate in government or community programs that support Indigenous people, providing them with the necessary support to succeed in their careers.
- Support for Visible Minorities: Participate in government or community programs that support visible minorities, providing them with the necessary support to succeed in their careers.
