Food Service Supervisor

Meadow Sushi is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and maintain a smooth workflow.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation and portioning.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize inventory management.
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef to ensure accurate and timely food preparation.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant setting.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
