Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Professional to join our team at Refrigerative Supply Limited. This role involves providing top-notch technical support to our end-users, handling service requests, and working closely with the Operations team.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in End-User Support, with experience in troubleshooting Windows 7 and 10 operating systems, Office 365/Teams, and ITEquipment/Hardware. They will be able to work independently as well as part of a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 and 2 technical support to RSL Branches, Warehouses, and Admin Offices.
  • First point of contact for incoming support requests, ensuring courteous, timely, and effective resolution of end-user issues.
  • Understand and support the technologies used by RSL.
  • Resolve problems and liaise with customers to find ways to continually improve services and processes.
  • Troubleshoot issues, assess customer priority and impact, and escalate if required.
  • Use remote tools and diagnostic utilities to aid in troubleshooting.
  • Research solutions through internal and external knowledge bases as needed.
  • Setup, deploy, and troubleshoot PC's, peripherals, and printers.
  • Identify, prioritize, and perform service requests based on demand and defined SLAs.

Requirements

  • Technical Diploma or University degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Microsoft MD100/101, COMPTIA A+, and ITIL certifications desired.
  • At least 2 years' experience in an End-User Support Role.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Working Environment

The successful candidate will require travel throughout Western Canada and must be willing to follow company policies and procedures.
