We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Mr. India Meats & Restaurant Ltd.

As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading a team of cooks and kitchen staff, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Chef de Cuisine: Plan, prepare, and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that all dishes meet our high culinary standards.
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that reflect the tastes and preferences of our customers, while also considering dietary restrictions and allergies.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Kitchen Operations: Supervise kitchen staff, train new employees, and ensure that all kitchen areas are clean and well-maintained.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field (not required but an asset).
  • At least 1 year of experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a clean and safe working area.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
