Maintenance Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Lead to join our team at Summit Search Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and resolve equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to reduce maintenance costs
  • Coach and develop production and maintenance teams on shift
  • Drive improvements in repair and maintenance costs, reducing downtime and increasing efficiency

Requirements:

  • Red Seal Industrial Electrician or Industrial Mechanic ticket (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong knowledge of plant computerized maintenance management systems
  • Previous experience as a lead hand or supervising maintenance teams (an asset)
