Job Title: Administrative Manager

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at Les Franchises Spray-Net Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial reports
  • Conduct research and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services
  • Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established guidelines
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a related field
  • Business administration and management, general

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
