Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Store Operations
- Establish and maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate records.
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash handling procedures.
- Customer Service
- Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Performance Management
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales.
- Education
- No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail management role.
- Language
- Fluency in English is required.
- Work Schedule
- 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
