This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, including supervising and coordinating the activities of housekeeping staff. The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 7 months of experience in a related field. They should be able to work under pressure, handle repetitive tasks, and stand for extended periods. A strong client focus, excellent oral communication skills, flexibility, and reliability are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
  • Recommend additional services such as painting, repair work, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment as needed
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments
  • Establish work schedules and oversee the overall workflow
Work Environment

This role is based in a fast-paced hotel environment with a dynamic team. The successful candidate will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements
