Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough reviews of operational police investigative files to ensure compliance with legal obligations and policy requirements.
- Identify and address deficiencies in file scoring and provide corrective direction as needed.
- Collaborate with the RCMP and Kelowna Regional Detachment to ensure the integrity of police investigations.
- Develop and deliver training programs to RCMP cadets and staff on quality assurance issues.
- Provide expert guidance on Operational Statistical Reporting (OSR) and Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR) to support data-driven decision-making.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in RCMP databases and administrative policies and procedures.
- A competitive salary range of $72,000 to $84,000.
