Job Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead our Market Data Technology team, driving innovation and modernization of legacy applications to increase efficiencies and harmonize the Bank's solutions. As a Senior Manager, you'll be responsible for analyzing business requirements, translating them into actionable plans, and providing coaching and guidance to the BA team.

You'll also work closely with key stakeholders, including business users, product teams, and technology teams, to understand business objectives and develop functional specifications. Your analytical skills will help extract insights from data, identify trends, and make recommendations to drive business growth.

About the Role

We're seeking a highly experienced professional with 8+ years of experience in the financial or IT industry. You'll have expertise in market data, system design, data modeling, and software development life cycle (SDLC). Knowledge of Refinitiv and Bloomberg platforms will be an asset.

As a leader, you'll possess strong problem-solving and analysis skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build consensus and obtain cooperation from stakeholders. You'll also be able to manage competing priorities, adapt to change, and work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in financial/IT industry or relevant experience
  • Expertise in market data, including Interest rate, IR Volatility, Equity, Inflation curves, and related experience
  • Knowledge of system design, data modeling, and software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Strong problem-solving and analysis skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to change
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per yearBenefits
