About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving modernization initiatives to increase efficiency and harmonize our systems software currency. They will analyze business requirements, translate them into actionable plans, and provide coaching and guidance to team members.

This role requires a strong leader who can work effectively with stakeholders, including business users, product teams, managers, and other technology teams. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience in the financial/IT industry or relevant experience, as well as expertise in system design, data modeling, and software development life cycle (SDLC).

About the Team

Our Market Data Technology team is dedicated to delivering system solutions for Front Office, Middle Office, and Regulatory clients. We are a high-performing culture committed to results and working together to achieve our goals.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Drive modernization initiatives to increase efficiency and maintain our systems software currency.
  • Analyze data to extract insights, identify trends, and make recommendations.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members and assist in performance development planning.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously and handle production or lower environment support issues.
