Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our mid-market sales team. This individual will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. If you have a proven track record in B2B sales and a passion for leading high-performing teams, we encourage you to apply.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to succeed.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to refine and scale best practices for mid-market sales execution.

Key Qualifications:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least 2 years in a people management role.
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and scale a successful mid-market sales team.
- Experience selling to financial services and a strong track record of closing mid-market deals.
- Strong understanding of compliance, risk management, and regulatory technology solutions (experience selling RegTech is ideal).
