About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Night Auditor to join our team at Coast Canmore Hotel and Conference Centre. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our financial records and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure the accuracy of our financial records.
  • Guest Services: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, as well as general information about points of interest in the area.
  • Room Management: Register arriving guests and assign rooms, process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, including faxing, filing, and photocopying.
  • Customer Service: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, assist clients/guests with special needs, and provide customer service.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced hotel environment, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Requirements

  • Experience: Will train.
