Job Title: Human Resources Manager

At BEST Service Pros, we're seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our organization, ensuring a positive and productive work environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives to support business objectives
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including recruitment, performance management, and labour relations
  • Monitor and advise on labour issues, ensuring compliance with federal and provincial labour laws
  • Manage and maintain HR systems, including compensation structure, succession planning, and employee data
  • Lead and develop a team of HR professionals, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure their success
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on labour relations and employee engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation an asset
