Director of Facilities Planning

SASCU is a successful and growing organization seeking a skilled Director of Facilities Planning. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our physical assets, overseeing annual plans and budgets, and ensuring the effective resolution of facilities-related issues.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing strategies for optimal asset utilization.
  • Leading capital asset evaluation and reporting.
  • Overseeing physical security and property insurance.
  • Managing lessee and lessor leases.
  • Coordinating building maintenance, cleaning, and repairs.
  • Participating in our Crisis Management Team and coordinating associated duties.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Will possess a degree in facilities management, business management, or a related discipline.
  • Will have 4-5 years of experience in facilities management roles, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Will hold project management education or designation.
  • Will show flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends, and on-call availability.
  • Will hold a valid driver's license, access to reliable transportation, and willingness to travel to any business location.
