Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team at First Choice Beverage Inc. as a key member of our Food and Beverage Processing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Training
    • Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage processing department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Monitor and control production costs, inventory levels, and quality control measures.
  • Personnel Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of production staff.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
    • Implement and maintain a culture of continuous improvement, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including production staff, quality control, and maintenance teams.
    • Communicate effectively with external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a food and beverage processing environment
  • Work Environment
