Supervisor, Food and Beverage Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team at First Choice Beverage Inc. as a key member of our Food and Beverage Processing department.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Training: Train and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Personnel Management: Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions to ensure a high-performing team.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare production and other reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize productivity.
- Quality Control: Recommend measures to improve product quality and implement changes as needed.
- Operations Management: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers to meet work schedules and coordinate with other work units.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.
- Physical Demands: Overtime required and work under pressure.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent oral and written communication skills, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, judgement, organized, team player, values and ethics, and reliability.
