Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Processing Supervisor to join our team at First Choice Beverage Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage processing facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and supervise a team of 5-10 employees in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Prepare and analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize productivity.
  • Develop and implement measures to enhance product quality and efficiency.
  • Coordinate and schedule work activities to meet production deadlines and ensure smooth operations.
  • Requisition and manage materials, equipment, and supplies to support production needs.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in food and beverage processing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve production issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet production demands.
