Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse with Northern Health Authority, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate patient care and contributing to a team-oriented environment. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care and nursing practice activities within the framework of quality management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and prioritize patient care needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and wellness.
