Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Eagle Global Solutions. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities and the timely delivery of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and submit reports on warehouse operations and inventory levels
- Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery in the warehouse
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Train workers in duties and policies
- Coordinate, assign, and review work
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Establish work schedules and procedures
- Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the warehouse

Requirements

- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or related environment
- College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
- On-site work only, no remote work options
- Work setting: Wholesalers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Work Setting

Our warehouse operations team is responsible for the receipt, storage, and shipment of products to our customers. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of products and the maintenance of a safe and organized work environment.
