Warehouse Operations Manager

The Warehouse Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the availability of products to meet customer needs and drive productivity. This position is responsible for developing and training capable frontline employees to achieve performance standards and improve warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of frontline warehouse employees to fulfill customer orders while maintaining safety and performance standards.
- Understand and achieve performance standards, including Dynamic Picking and Safety and Regulatory management.
- Train and coach frontline employees, setting expectations, providing feedback, and recognizing and rewarding good performance.
- Demonstrate and leverage knowledge of warehouse operations, including resource requirements, layout, route/bulk/transport loading, settlement, and Ministry of Transportation regulations.
- Collaborate with the Product Availability Manager and Sales Manager to align team objectives with the Annual Operating Plan.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Bilingualism (English/French) required.
- Experience in consumer packaged goods or a related industry preferred.
- Demonstrated planning and organization skills.
- Demonstrated front-line supervisory skills.
- Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft Suite.
