Warehouse Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the warehouse manager in ensuring the smooth operation of a busy warehouse with several areas of responsibility, including shipping and receiving, inventory, delivery, merchandising, packaging, and maintenance.
  • Manage the warehouse team and ensure the accurate and secure handling of product, balancing a large inventory.
  • Oversee maintenance and ensure the safe operation of lift trucks, warehouse bins, delivery trucks, and service vehicles.
  • Train and develop team members, interview and hire new staff, and schedule employees to ensure provincial legislative requirements are met.
  • Complete, review, and distribute warehouse reports regularly and resolve customer issues to ensure safe delivery of product.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are met and maintain a safe and secure work environment.
