About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Developer to join our team at Addmore Group. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing training materials for large-scale ERP projects, specifically with SAP modules such as P2P.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive training documentation and materials for users of SAP Service Management.
  • Collaborate with business resources, Change Managers, Process Leads, and SAP project team members to ensure instructional integrity and accuracy.
  • Create simulations and In-App flows using SAP Enable Now.
  • Validate and test exercise scenarios in the training environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Training Instructional Designer on large-scale ERP projects.
  • Strong writing, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience with SAP modules such as P2P and S/4 HANA & FIORI.
  • Detail-oriented with experience in fast-paced projects.
  • Ability to work remotely and occasionally travel to Halifax.
Work Location

This is a remote position, with occasional need to attend meetings remotely or travel to Halifax. As the premier provider of SAP-related resources in Canada, we offer a dynamic and challenging work environment.

Estimated Salary Range:

$80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
