Retail Store Team Lead

At MANITOBA LTD, we are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire and Train Staff: Identify, recruit, and train top talent to join our team, ensuring they possess the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels, minimizing overtime and maximizing productivity.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Effectively handle customer complaints, requests, and concerns, providing timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain accurate inventory levels, preventing stockouts and overstocking, and ensuring efficient stockroom operations.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our retail staff, providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Cash Handling: Manage cash and credit transactions, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliable, initiative, and ability to multitask
