Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at MANITOBA LTD.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of retail professionals to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and optimal store operations.
- Resolve Issues: Effectively handle customer complaints, supply chain disruptions, and other issues that may arise in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure accurate stock counts and minimize losses.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail staff to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment.
- Cash Management: Manage cash handling procedures to prevent losses and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Accurate: Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Client Focus: Strong customer service skills and ability to build customer relationships.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with staff, customers, and vendors.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing store conditions and priorities.
- Organized: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Reliability: Dependability and commitment to meeting store goals and objectives.
