Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at MANITOBA LTD.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, train, and develop a team of retail professionals to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure optimal store coverage and productivity.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate records.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff, including sales associates, cashiers, and stockroom personnel.
- Manage cash handling and maintain a secure and organized store environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role.
- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
Fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.

- Client-focused and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to multitask.
