Job Requirements

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store. This includes managing staff, assigning duties, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and potential sales volumes. You will also be responsible for resolving issues that may arise, including customer requests and complaints.

Additionally, you will conduct performance reviews to ensure that our team members are meeting their goals and objectives.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a secondary (high) school graduation certificate. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail operations and management, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
