The Role
We are seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Research Associate to join our team in Senneville. As a key member of our medical laboratory team, you will perform technical activities and follow directives from the study/phase plan and procedures.
Your success will ensure the smooth running of our research, as well as the integrity of our pre-clinical studies. This role requires attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preparation and analysis of samples
- Perform phlebotomy
- Perform quality control procedure and maintenance on different instruments
- Ensure data collection and entry accuracy using computer systems
- Maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency in your work
- Fulfill regulatory requirements and adhere to GLP, SOP, and health and safety rules
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- College diploma in Biomedical Analysis Technology or related field
- Member of the Professional Order of Medical Technologists of Quebec (OPTMQ)
- Good attention to details and analytical skills
- Able to work physically (lift up to 20 kg, walk, stand, stoop, etc.)
- Understanding of written English is mandatory. Bilingualism French and English is preferable
