The Director of Daily Operations is a critical role at Gcore Canada Inc., where you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our team.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the work of our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and Control Daily Operations: You will oversee the daily activities of our team, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Evaluate Daily Operations: Regularly assess our team's performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to achieve our goals, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and direct the work of our staff, assigning tasks and responsibilities as needed.
  • Study Market Research and Trends: Analyze market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' operations on sales.
  • Plan Budgets and Monitor Revenues and Expenses: Develop and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure that we are operating within our means.
  • Resolve Issues: Identify and resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other challenges.
  • Recruit, Hire, and Supervise Staff: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and training to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Conduct Performance Reviews: Regularly evaluate the performance of our staff, providing feedback and guidance to help them improve.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
  • 1-2 Years of Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is required.
  • English Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required.
  • 40 Hours per Week: This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week.

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
