About the Role

As a Management Trainee, you'll be immersed in our business from day one, gaining hands-on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations. You'll work closely with our experienced team members, receiving guidance, mentoring, and support to help you succeed.

Our structured program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in your role and eventually take on leadership responsibilities. You'll have the opportunity to develop your business acumen, build relationships with customers and partners, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
  • Manage financial operations and analyze business performance
  • Lead and motivate teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited Canadian University or an international equivalent
  • Must have 6 months cumulative experience in sales, customer service, leadership, or a related field
  • Must have a valid Canadian Class 5 driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents within the last three years
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position
