About This Opportunity


We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant and providing excellent customer service.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, food quality, and safety standards.
  • Schedule Management: Create and manage efficient schedules for staff, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods.
  • Team Development: Train and develop staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular checks to ensure that food meets our high standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers.
  • Customer Service: Respond promptly to customer complaints, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Reporting and Records: Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and other relevant data, submitting timely reports as required.
  • Assembly and Distribution: Supervise the assembly of trays and oversee the distribution of food to customers.
  • Work Schedules: Establish and communicate work schedules to staff, ensuring they understand their responsibilities and deadlines.


Supervision and Support

  • Leadership: Supervise and support a team of up to 15 staff members, guiding them in their roles and responsibilities.
  • Skills and Qualifications:

    • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers.
    • Time Management: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and meet deadlines.

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
