Job Overview

Wendy's Restaurant is seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are equipped to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and cashiers

• Ensure that all restaurant operations are running smoothly, including food preparation, customer service, and cash handling

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations

• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner

Work Environment

As a Shift Manager at Wendy's Restaurant, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, including weekends and holidays.
