ProxyLink is currently seeking an experienced Workforce Management Specialist to join their team in Cambridge, Ontario.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting HR operations and ensuring smooth employee management during their shift.

This position requires a proactive individual committed to maintaining operational excellence, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring policy compliance during their shift.

Main Responsibilities
  • Employee Onboarding & Orientation:
    • Welcome new employees upon arrival at the plant.
    • Conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions, prioritizing safety tours.
    • Assign lockers to new employees and ensure their seamless enrollment in ADP.
  • Attendance & Time Management:
    • Record daily attendance for employees during the shift.
    • Administer time and attendance through ADP and ensure accuracy.
    • Update the crew list daily and manage coverage arrangements as required.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    • Process and communicate attendance and performance documentation.
    • Prepare detailed weekly and monthly shift reports.
    • Maintain and update trackers for LOA, maternity leave, and temporary associates.
  • Performance Management:
    • Conduct monthly performance evaluations for employees.
    • Address disciplinary issues and ensure adherence to workplace policies and compliance.
  • Safety & Policy Enforcement:
    • Enforce safety protocols and company policies during the shift.
    • Report and investigate workplace incidents, ensuring proper handling of WSIB policies.
  • Communication & Coordination:
    • Foster effective communication within and across departments.

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, and a benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as RRSP matching.
