Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team at RLC INC. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery and equipment to perform various tasks such as excavation, grading, and hauling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate heavy equipment such as backhoes, loaders, and bulldozers to perform tasks such as excavation, grading, and hauling.
  • Clean and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Secure special attachments to equipment as needed.
  • Perform minor repairs to equipment as needed.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in operating heavy equipment.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Caterpillar (CAT) controls and John Deere controls.
  • Knowledge of backhoe excavator, loader, and bulldozer operations.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
