Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team at RLC INC. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery, cleaning and maintaining equipment, and performing various tasks related to construction and excavation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate heavy equipment such as backhoes, loaders, and bulldozers
  • Clean and lubricate equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Measure and record distances, volumes, and weights
  • Complete logs and reports as required
  • Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment
  • Secure special attachments to equipment
  • Perform minor repairs to equipment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
