Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Kelly O'Bryan's Neighbourhood Restaurant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Train and develop our food and beverage servers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Operations Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules for our team members, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing downtime.
  • Supervision: Supervise and mentor our food and beverage servers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our high standards.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment, fast-paced and standing for extended periods.
  • Certifications: Serving It Right Certificate.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
