We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dairy Queen Grill & Chill. Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Lead and direct the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Requisition Food and Kitchen Supplies: Order and manage the inventory of food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet the demands of our customers.
  • Train Staff: Provide training and support to our staff, helping them to develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.
  • Estimate Ingredient and Supplies: Estimate the quantities of ingredients and supplies needed to prepare meals, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet the demands of our customers.
  • Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Prepare and manage the budget and cost estimates for our restaurant, ensuring that we are operating within our means.
  • Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights into the performance of our restaurant.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, providing updates on the performance of our restaurant and identifying areas for improvement.
