We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our Commercial Banking team as a Relationship Manager Intern. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in client relationship management, business development, and financial services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial business clients to deliver excellent service and drive revenue growth.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage sales enabling tools and develop a needs-based sales strategy.
  • Apply a continuous-improvement approach to delivering a superior client experience and driving business growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in commercial lending or a related field, preferably in a relationship management role.
  • A post-secondary diploma/degree in commerce, business administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in a business development role, with a strong track record of acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth.
  • Financial statement review and computer modeling and analysis experience.
  • Experience with emerging communications and technology, including web-based meetings and digital banking platforms.
