Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Sr. Market Access Manager to lead our Pricing, Reimbursement & Access (PRA) strategy in Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end price and reimbursement strategies, including business cases, to ensure optimal access to our medicines.

Main Responsibilities

  • Own and advocate for the Canadian PRA strategy, ensuring alignment and support across functions and with leadership locally and globally.
  • Partner with cross-functional members to execute access strategies and tactics, including value propositions, comprehensive value dossiers, and payer contracting strategies.
  • Lead the development of launch price and net price business cases, with support from cross-functional partners, including pricing, forecasting, brand, and field teams.
  • Develop and execute best-in-class value dossiers to national and/or regional Health Technology Assessment (HTA) bodies and payers.
  • Champion business cases supporting product listing structures/offerings and prices through affiliate and global approval processes.

Requirements

  • A university degree in the health sciences, business, or related field of study.
  • Experience in market access, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong analytical and business savvy skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and create successful market access strategies.
  • Bilingualism is an asset.
