The Société de transport de l'Outaouais (STO) is embarking on an ambitious tramway initiative connecting Gatineau and Ottawa, a transformative project for the community. We are looking for skilled professionals to become part of the Project Office team and lend their expertise to ensure the project's successful execution.

Key Responsibilities:

This position encompasses a variety of communication and promotional tasks across digital channels to enhance awareness of the Project. Responsibilities include drafting documents, refreshing communication tools, executing strategies on the website and social media platforms, and engaging with stakeholders to sustain interest in the Project.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in communication, marketing, or a related discipline, coupled with 3 years of experience in web content development and social media management;
  • Understanding of digital marketing best practices;
  • Proficiency in Office 365;
  • Fluent in written and spoken French, with intermediate English skills;
  • Familiarity with graphic design software, WordPress, Meta Business Suite, Canva (preferred), and Google Analytics (preferred).
