Benefits and Talent Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits and Talent Consultant to join our team at ADP. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving issues, and delivering solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve ADP/client application issues in the areas of system setup, product functionality, product enhancements, and general client inquiries.
- Communicate with clients and representatives to resolve issues, set priorities, organize your day, multi-task, change direction, and provide prompt follow-up.
- Provide solutions to issues and questions, and help build client understanding around our products' value.
- Turn client input into recommendations for ADP leadership on best practices and solutions training.
- Either university degree in Human Resources Management or one to two years of experience in Human Resources administration, HRIS implementation, training, consulting or a related role.
- Meticulous attention to detail required, as well as reliability, accuracy, and timeliness in performance of responsibilities.
- Adept at gathering, assembling, consolidating, and analyzing data.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and French.
- High level of technological, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with and gain the cooperation of all levels of staff to resolve problems and provide advice and assistance.
- Aptitude for learning new applications and operating environments.
