About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Benefits and Talent Consultant to join our team at ADP. As a Benefits and Talent Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on benefits and talent-related matters. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on benefits and talent-related matters
  • Develop and implement tailored solutions to meet client needs
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and goals
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
  • University degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources administration, HRIS implementation, training, consulting or related role
  • Meticulous attention to detail and reliability
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French
  • High level of technological, organizational, and analytical skills
