We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Asian Avenue Restaurant Ltd.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading our kitchen team and overseeing the preparation and presentation of our dishes.
Key Responsibilities- Estimate and manage food costs, labour costs, and inventory levels
- Develop and implement new recipes and menus
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
- Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative and delicious dishes
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Cook Trade Certification
- Food Safety Certificate
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment
- 40 hours per week
- English language proficiency
