Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Care Specialist to join our team at RhynoCare. As a skilled Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents in the Whitby area.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent nursing and personal care in accordance with established policies, physician's orders, and resident plans of care.
  • Conduct comprehensive orientations for new residents and ensure smooth transitions during transfers and discharges.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information, including medical histories and treatment plans.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment by adhering to infection control protocols and managing medication effectively.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science – Nursing (BScN), Bachelor of Nursing (BN), or equivalent degree.
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
  • Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Awareness of resident rights and dignity, with a commitment to providing person-centered care.
  • Familiarity with relevant legislation, such as the Long Term Care Act, Program Standards for Long Term Care, and other provincial and municipal statutes.
Estimated Salary Range:$62,000 - $82,000 per year
