Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. As a 3rd Cook, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food preparation and presentation for our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items to strict specifications in a safe and sanitary manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) and Board of Health requirements.
  • Work under Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) regulations and comply with all applicable laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests and colleagues.
  • Lift up to 25kg and work in a hot, noisy, busy environment.

Requirements

  • 2 years of culinary training or experience in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Volume line cooking experience is an asset.
  • Ability to work various shifts, including nights, back shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift 25kg.
